Hi, I'm Flávio.

I'm a designer with over 20 years of experience, and my goal has always been to create easy and immersive experiences for users of digital products and services.

My operational experience covers all aspects of UX and Product Design, such as usability testing, personas, user journeys, flowcharts, wireframes, prototypes, journey data analysis, product reports, Product Discovery, and Design Thinking.

In my current role, I am Senior Product Designer Manager at TIM S.A., and I have been leading the design team for 4 years. My management and strategy experience includes people development, career management, design area transformation, evolution of the digital experience in customer service channels, implementation of AI-based design tools and processes, monitoring of business KPIs, and strategic alignment with partner areas and internal clients.

Leadership has been a constant challenge that motivates me to be a better person and a better professional.
